Which EG Module is the Randall Blackface like?

I had an RM100 before I got my M4. I LOVED the Randall Blackface Module.

I have tried the Egnater Twin and DLX modules in my M4, and neither seem to be like what I remember the Blackface sounded like.
Is it B'MAN maybe?
