I have a Rectified module on the way and from the clips I've listened to with and without the .001 cap mod, I'm fairly certain I'm going to put in a .001.
I did some searches, but haven't found where it shows the layout of the Rectified/Treadplate module and which cap I swap out.

Also, would someone please tell me where to get the specific instruction on how to do the mod without damaging the board? I did a couple mods a couple years ago, but lost the info and don't remember everything involved.

Where is a good place to buy these caps and is there a specific brand that's better than the others?

You could probably buy any cap as long as it's the proper value/specs, but here's what I've used:
