in the SL clip....it really reminded me of his tone. I am partial to that as well..and the XTC and lastly the treadpate. The treadplate sounds a bit generic to me on this song.
Like Daughtry or something like Hinder...or whatever. And they are cool bands but that sound seems overused and less interesting,imho.
