Heard about one of you being able to modify modules?

I've been chasing a tone forever it seems and from what I've heard one of the members here is a module modifying guru. What I'm after is a very high gain module with a very crisp and heavy, but not muddy distortion. A perfect example of the tone I'm after can be heard by listening to just about any song on Killswitch engage's album "End of Heartache". As I understand it, they used Framus Cobra heads and cabs for that tone, but I could be wrong. Can anyone steer me in the right direction here? What module should I buy and by whom shoulod I have it modified?

Not exactly my type of tone. I am mostly into Marshall tones, less gainy tones and Mesa tones. I would suggest going with Jaded Faith! Seriously.

I might also be getting rid of my Ultra XL modded by Rob(JF) and I can tell you, it sounds identical to what you seem to be seeking. Awesone tone, I just play my Marshall tones 99% of the time so the high gain monsters get little to no use with me. Let me know.
