Lexicon omega, SM57, and a crappy audacity program. I've got something set up wrong I think. Volume/gain is very low, which is resulting in having to have computer speaker volume blasted to hear anything.
Help with mic preamp or other...

You are probably right. I found there is a gain adjustment on audacity as soon as you hit the record button. I tried it set at max (+36) & the sound is louder but the sound seems like something is distorting besides the preamp. Lowered the setting to +12 and it wa better but sounded kindof fuzzy.
Once I get this figured out (or get a better recording software) I may try hooking up one side of the intellifex to the instument in as well as the mic (stereo kind of thing). I should probably get the Screamin Demon & Liberator put in my other guitar as well.
