Bam!
2 more modules... Man I am GUILTY of module addiction sickness.
Where is the addiction thread regarding the need to have new custom modules delivered to my door which provide so fresh a feeling in you hands, in you thoughts...

I'm beginning to realize I always need something being shipped to me at all times; preferably a module, but at least a cool grip hangar like the one I received today :D

That's awesome!

Oh and wake, it never subsides...Sorry to inform you...

So now to what's important, what mods???

How many you up to now? Congrats on the new ones coming in - always fun getting new mods in the mail.

I think once you're at 10 mods you know you're starting the addiction, 15 ut oh....20+ you need to seek help because it won't end - the tone quest. That's where I'm at not to mention Matt, c2ply, Drewiv (building back up with dualies).

It's a sick and twisted MTS world we live in. I believe some of my "rebuilding" should be leaving on a jet plane from Czech Republic by week's end.

I remember before MTS, I would look in catalogs and think how cool it would be to own an Orange or a Vox AC30 or a Dumble, etc. I thought that I could own these amps one at a time. With MTS and the modders, I can own them all at the same time. I own twelve and I can get almost any tone I need for any session I encounter. I was doing this session with my 1962 Epiphone Casino and the producer said "It would be so cool if we had a Matchless for you to play through on this tune." Voila! Out came my VoxLess and we were both happy as can be.

Anyone care to join my new MTS Anonymous group?

We admitted we were powerless over MTS and our lives had become unmanageable....

we came to believe that a module greater than our current ones could restore us to sanity.

Modders, grant me the serenity to accept the tones I cannot acheive, the courage to nail the ones I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

That is classic... I love it!

Except, here's the thing...I can HANDLE all the mods...I don't have a problem...Here are my pre-made excuses...

1. It's not THAT bad...Geez...
2. I'm not hurting anyone but myself...
3. I have gigs coming up so now is not a good time for me to stop...Give it a few months...
4. I just started to get a little relief from my Marshall (Mesa, Orange, etc.)...
5. It's not the way it looks...I need these mods...

:D

Sounds like there are some people out there that belong to my secret cult..

First rule of MTS Club is you do not talk about MTS Club.

Good thing you saw it...Can you being the poor person who had to visualize it?[/quote]

I did not experience it, if that's what you're asking. not that there's anything wrong with it.....of course

that is a awesome clutching hand, perhaps a clutching hand guitar holder would be nice.... zombie styles...

They make zombie and skeleton type hands too..I just ordered one that looks like tree branch and snuck it into the family room

I absolutely do NOT need any more modules. I have simple tastes and have got everything I could possibly need or want tone-wise. Until I found a 1086 yesterday for a price too good to pass up. It would have criminal to not buy any mod at that price.

Plus I've been jamming with AC30 tones quite a bit with the late night (Jamvox) rig lately - may... just may... need THAT tone in my gig rig shortly.

I used to havE

GAS. GUITAR ACQUISITION SYNDROME

THEN I HAD
***. AMP AQUISITION SYNDROME

NOW I HAVE
MAS. MODULE AQUISITION SYNDROME

THE BEST OF THE 3?
I AM POWERLESS.
MAYBE I SHOULD GET ANOTHER RM50... oh.. I already own 2.... but they're discontinued.
Maybe Bruce won't build them again.
Then I really should get an MOD 50
AND SO IT GOES,........,
