My updated Fisch! The version I had didn't have the Strato, Depth, or Shift switches until now. If my picture taking skills (or if the sun would ever come out again) were better you would be able to see the chrome'ish faceplate.

The ROCK shall commence this evening.

I dug that module, in the brief time that I spent with it. It had this "looseness" in the bass frequencies that was just....cool. Yours looks badass....let us know what you think.

The "looseness" mentioned is, IMHO, the epitome of sponge, and works well on both channels.

I agree, if I didn't prefer tighter rhythm tones, it would have been the ****....good stuff....

I didn't think it was too loose before the update but I was using for more of an AIC type of tone and it fit that bill. I guess the Strato option tightens it up plus it has 3 position deep switch that I am guessing will help with that also.

After night one, I like the updates a lot. I spent most of my time on the Strato side boosted. Higher gain leads sounded great on the Brown side of things as well as AIC riffing.

The audition continues tonight.

I have a 5751 in the PI and V1 of the amp but think I am going to drop a 12AX7 back into V1 of the amp and use 5751's in the V1 spot of certain modules. I really like the really like results with most of my tones the way it is but feel I might be starving one or two modules of the extra front end push.

Tried it with different valves/ tubes? E.g. JJs seem to tighten things up quite a bit.
