radio station feedback

I have a PRS going into a keenly mod TS90 tube screamer then into a Randall combo with Monster cables.
When I plug into the TS I get a strange radio feedback station, sounds like a foriegn station or some AM station.

When I plug in straight to the amp I do not get it,

any ideas how to make it stop?

It has to be a cable. Happened to me....mine was a planet wave cable from my pedal board to amp.
