Rediscovering the JF XTC

The XTC mods have always been one of my favorites. I even liked the stock Randall XTC back in the day. I've had a couple of the Hiligan mods and a few of Rob's versions. The current JF XTC is my favorite thus far. I picked one up again to focus on the lower gain tones. I'm really just using the Plexi and Blue channels. Once I dial in the clean Plexi pushed tone, I find that I can just switch channels and saturation switches and not have to make any other EQ changes. So many sounds out of one module.

I have to agree with you about the available tones from one module. It works really well if you have an RM20 and only have one module. Lots of options for the one available slot.
