rm 100 & ground control pro

hey guys, anyone know how to get these two to respond to each other? i checked the dip switches inside and they are all off. i turned them all on and that should be midi channel 16, right? still nothing, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks troy.

once you know what midi channel your head is go into the ground control edit menus then setup device, name it RANDALL (or whatever you want) and make it the same midi channel as you head. To save presets, step on the button/channel (example channel 5), then pick channel 1, 2, or three on the rm100 hold the channel switch button on the far left of the head for 2-3 seconds and it will save it to the selected channel on the Ground control.
