IMO the sound clips on randalls website are not an accurate representation of what that amp can sound like...i was completely turned off by those sounds and almost didnt buy the amp based on that....im glad i did some research and came to this forum and listened to sound clips by real everyday...

well i have to say the e-mail support is very good,,1 response per day. ryan struck said the shells were currently unavailable,, so i guess that means unavailable to the public...thats sad ,,,even mesa sell them for their amps.

i agree about the clarity,,that why i ditched all my mesa stuff and opted for the randall. { with the exception of the small logo rectifier}... im gonna try some mods real soon..

it seems like when the shell gets nicked the tolex wants to start peeling... im gonna give them a call today.

is it worth having either of these 2 modded....i know the grail sounds pretty good as is but the scary could use a little more gain....
