You are right about it being pretty darn loud. I found there was two ways to use the boost function. I way was to turn the gain all or most of the way up and adjust the boost volume so it matched the amp volume with the boost off. The other way was just turn the gain up a little so it worked...

That was the way my RM20 combo worked. I don't think you can run the internal speaker and extension cab at the same time.

A bump for this mod. I owned it for a while and it does the Mesa Triple Rectifier thing real well. My son owned a Triple Rec and played thru the module and said it sounded like his amp but better! Somebody buy this thing. The noise gate works fabulous!

I have a dead mint black with white bevels Jackson RR24M. It is dead mint. Still has the original strings on it. I am the original owner. It sounds and plays great but I just can't get used to the shape.

Caine did you put the foam in your cabinet? Mine doesn't have any and it sounds like an empty box? I have 2 Super Vs in mine.

Great module but not worth the drama people had to put up with to get theirs. If you had issues in your personal life I am sorry but you should of let your customers know what was up with their module. With that being said I still rock my Dragon module.

I saw a Phil X video where he uses it. He said he really liked the phase switch on it to make the amps run in phase to each other.
