Help! Which Speaker Lead Is Positive / Negative ?

Got an RM20B with a replacement speaker & I'm not exactly sure the speaker leads have been hooked up correctly. One lead is Red & the other is Green.

Is the Red lead positive or negative ?

Doesn't matter as long as you connect each speaker, if a multispeaker cab, with the same polarity. Speakers are bi directional electric motors, hence polarity is indifferent to function.

Take a 9 volt battery and attach the speaker wires to it. When you touch the positive terminal of the battery to the positve terminal of the speaker the speaker will move in an outward/forward direction.

The good Doug Reynolds quickly responded that red is positive & green negative.
