KH1 module broken?

My KH1 mod doesn't seem to work. I've tried changing the tubes with a few sets that I know work and the same thing. No output. If I turn the volume really high I can hear it faintly. Any ideas? I've taken it out and taken some pics of it. The only noticeable thing I can see is where the tube board connects to the main board but it could be nothing.

I don't see anything that looks strange. It just might not be making full contact in the slot. I had that happen with my Deluxe when I got it. It turned out the plate wasn't perpendicular to the board, so it wasn't making full contact in the amp. Fortunately I was able to fix it and bent the mounting plate to proper position, but if I couldn't since it was used I was going to send it out for repair from one of the modders.

Just wondering if you managed to fix this, my 1086 is doing the same thing. It's also not sitting flat to the RM4 and i can't get it to do so.

I did repair this module and to my knowledge it has been fine since. I actually had a run of KH1's in a short period with similar issues/failures.

I would be happy to repair your's as well if you are having issues.

The flush mounting is not a problem. Later versions of some of the modular gear had the PCB that the modules seat on moved a bit, causing some modules to no longer sit completely flush. As long as you have it seated well and screwed in you will be fine. My RM4 is the same way.
